Empire Records, European label with offices in Finland, Spain, Netherlands and United Kingdom, has just released a collection of the finest Rock'n'Roll and Rockabilly bands from each and every country in the European Union (EEC).
"Bands that have earned great respect over the years of touring. Politics in Europe may be slow, but the cats and kittens are rockin' real fast, so let's make our continent a United Rockin' Europe, starting with this album "Rock Around The EEC". Enjoy!"
The only representative from Latvia on this album is Pete Anderson, with a song "Look Out Heart" recorded with "The Archives" in 1989 at the Latvian Radio, previously unreleased.
